I reserved with a deposit 3 weeks in advanced. Got confirmation move would be between 8:30-9:30am. However, the owner kept texting me and delaying it, movers did not show up until 5:30pm! Movers ruined footboard and headboard lamp. Furniture was not even 7 months old. They ‘borrowed’ keys to the old apartment because they said they left a cart there and never returned apartment keys. Therefore, we had to pay for the lost keys. Owner did not stand by his written word. Do not recommend them.
